ABS Capital Chairman and Partner
Phil joined ABS Capital in 2001 and has led or been part of the deal team for over 20 investments across the FinTech, EdTech, eCommerce and business services sectors. Prior to joining ABS, Phil was the president and CEO of SITEL Corporation where he grew both revenues and EPS significantly, managing operations in 19
countries and serving Fortune 500 clients such as GM, America Online, Capital One, and Microsoft. Previously, Phil was in the Investment Banking Group at Alex. Brown & Sons, leading their efforts in the business services sector.
Phil works in ABS’s Washington, DC office. He is a trustee of Johns Hopkins Health System and Johns Hopkins University. Prior to his career in finance, Phil served as an officer in the United States Army from 1983 to 1988. When Phil is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and staying fit.
